Refund policy
Return Policy
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss or damage during transit.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Online purchases may also be returned at any WEVE Shop location.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns sent without prior approval, or refused packages, will not be eligible for a refund.

- WEVE Inc. may cancel and refund any order flagged as high-risk.
Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
- Returns or cancellations due to buyer’s remorse are not accepted.
- Orders flagged with fraud risk will be cancelled and refunded.
- Billing and shipping addresses must match or the order will be automatically cancelled.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for items purchased on weve.ca or at WEVE Shop locations in Canada.
- Exchanges are processed only after the original item is received and are subject to stock availability.
- One exchange per order.
- Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Discounted, clearance, and closeout items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For hygiene reasons, baby items, socks, inner-wear, and packaged intimate items cannot be returned.
- All orders shipped outside of Canada are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Defective or Missing Items

Please contact hello@weve.ca within 7 days of delivery if your package arrives damaged or items are missing.
Returned to Sender / Refused Shipments
- Undeliverable or refused packages will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return.
- Refunds will be issued minus return shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
