Refund policy

Return Policy

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss or damage during transit.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Online purchases may also be returned at any WEVE Shop location.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns sent without prior approval, or refused packages, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after your return arrives for processing
  • WEVE Inc. may cancel and refund any order flagged as high-risk.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
  • Returns or cancellations due to buyer’s remorse are not accepted.
  • Orders flagged with fraud risk will be cancelled and refunded.
  • Billing and shipping addresses must match or the order will be automatically cancelled.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for items purchased on weve.ca or at WEVE Shop locations in Canada.
  • Exchanges are processed only after the original item is received and are subject to stock availability.
  • One exchange per order.
  • Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Discounted, clearance, and closeout items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For hygiene reasons, baby items, socks, inner-wear, and packaged intimate items cannot be returned.
  • All orders shipped outside of Canada are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Defective or Missing Items

  • Please contact hello@weve.ca within 7 days of delivery if your package arrives damaged or items are missing.

Returned to Sender / Refused Shipments

  • Undeliverable or refused packages will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return.
  • Refunds will be issued minus return shipping costs.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
