• Free Shipping on orders CAD $56+ (before taxes) within Canada.
• CAD $10 shipping fee for orders under CAD $55.99.
• Estimated delivery: 3–11 business days.
• Note: Certain regions are not covered by our shipping services and may be excluded from Free Shipping.

US

• Free Shipping on orders USD $106+ (before taxes) within US
• USD $15 shipping fee for orders under USD $106.
• Estimated delivery: 3–11 business days.
• Duties and Taxes are calculated at checkout
• All U.S. orders are Final Sale.

WEVE Inc. reserves the right to exclude specific areas or items from Free Shipping. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Shipping (Outside Canada & USA)

• Combined international shipping options are available for most destinations.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
• Large or heavy items may require additional charges.
• All International Orders (including U.S.) are Final Sale.
• Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country.
• Delivery times vary by region and may be longer during holidays.

Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct and complete. WEVE Inc. is not responsible for loss, delays, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

Returned to Sender / Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned to WEVE by the carrier:

• It will be treated as a return.
• A refund will be issued minus all return shipping fees.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  
• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
